APPLICATION PROCESS

All rental applications are processed online through a secure, independent third-party service. As part of the screening process, background checks may include—but are not limited to—credit history, criminal background, and prior eviction records.


We understand that every applicant's situation is unique and will consider all circumstances when making rental decisions.

The application fee is $38 per applicant, paid directly to our third-party screening service. This fee is non-refundable.
